Each year the Governor NJ Conference on tourism held - a joint venture of the Association of the travel industry in New Jersey and the New Jersey Division of travel and tourism. A tradition is to assign the "price of tourism of the Governor" exceptional companies that lead the tourist trade in New Jersey and contribute to the bottom line. Owner, Greg Crance uses the Web site as a powerful marketing tool to attract visitors from the region. Its success speaks that want visitors in attraction: how much it cost, they will have fun and where and what they will eat. Owner, Greg Crance, a former US Marine, started as "the Famous River Hot Dog man" in 1987 and served tubers of banks in Bucks County and Hunterdon County. Delaware River tubing, Inc. in 2003 began to offer an economic option all included to appreciate the beauty and freedom of the Delaware River. The Park has campsites on the island, including 44 sites for tents and trailer and a group camping which can accommodate 7-25 persons. Tubes of the Delaware River also supports the important causes through annual events. The first Saturday in July, they will host the 2nd annual day Gay pride Floatilla. With the help of Kingwood Township, they will be the host of the 10th annual Kathy cause Tube on August 6, 2011. Proceeds from the event go to Susan g. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
Greg sees potential customers that his company evolving can bring to the region. There are two kinds of attractions - those people stumbling on their voyage and those to which people are planning their trip. Not all companies can inspire someone to the city of New York or Philadelphia to get in their car and drive an hour and a half. Tubes on the Delaware can be. Other businesses thrive, stations of gasoline and convenience stores unique a few kilometres along the road of the launch. Tourism mean business and not just for the family Crance.
