Marvin S. Gilman superstar in business award, named after one of the small entrepreneurs leading Delaware, honors companies and non profit companies for their outstanding achievements and model approaches to business and management. The awards conferred that at least three years in the business to companies, small businesses are based on the number of employees and members of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce.
